In the late 1990's Dan Guenther created The Learning Line Network. The Network was a discussion group within the Rocky Mountain region who met to discuss the process of managing change within teams and organizations. The group shared a common interest in change management methodology designed to facilitate team learning and performance. The articles and presentations listed below were authored by Dan Guenther and reflect some of the best thinking of the group. Of special interest are those presentations which discuss Dr. William Schneider's concepts of Core Culture.
